The
Inks... Bringing the pencils to life. This
phase of the process makes the flat pencil drawings a
little more dimentional or life-like. With a great penciler,
like Lorenzo, the pencils give the inker a head start
on where the ink will be placed. The ink really high lights
the light source of the scene/panel and it brings us closer
to the next step which is adding the text to the page
and then it goes to the printer. Most of the inks are
done by AO.
